Terms of Service

1. Introduction: Welcome to the CallZerra Service (the "Service"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Service, which is currently in a testing phase. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the Service provider, and it is important that you read and understand it fully before proceeding.
2. Service Description: The Service provides a platform for verifying mobile numbers. During the testing phase, all mobile numbers used in the Service are generated and are not connected to any real telecommunications network. The Service is intended for testing and development purposes only and should not be used for any real-world applications. This means that the Service is not designed to interact with actual mobile networks or real phone numbers, and any results or outputs from the Service should not be relied upon for real-world use cases.
3. Eligibility: To use the Service, you must meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Understand that the Service is in a testing phase and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you are not permitted to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these criteria and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. By using the Service, you agree to the following responsibilities: Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Not attempt to use the Service with real mobile numbers or for any real-world verification purposes. Not engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure. Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
4. Limitations of the Service: You acknowledge and agree to the following limitations of the Service: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Service is in a testing phase, and as such, it may not function as intended, and its performance may be unpredictable. All mobile numbers generated by the Service are fictitious and not connected to any real telecommunications network. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. These limitations are critical to understanding the nature of the Service during its testing phase, and you should not rely on the Service for any critical or real-world applications.
5. Payments and Refunds: All payments made for the use of the Service are non-refundable. By making a payment, you explicitly agree that you will receive only virtual numbers via the Service, which are generated for testing purposes only and are not connected to any real telecommunications network. You acknowledge that the Service does not provide real-world mobile number verification, and any payments made are for access to the testing environment and its features. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, technical issues, or termination of your access. 7. Privacy: During the testing phase, we may collect certain information about your use of the Service, including but not limited to: Device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system). Usage data (e.g., pages visited, features used). Any feedback or reports you provide. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. However, please note that the Service is not designed to handle sensitive or personal data, and you should not input any such information into the Service. Your privacy is important to us, and we will take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect.
